Hopefully as we all know, I have been given the amazing opportunity to fulfill my dream of pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Education degree at Harvard University.
Having visited the campus, engaged with my future professors, and acquainted myself with campus life, I am very excited to begin my studies. I have been applying to scholarships and fellowships but have found myself mostly excluded due to my legal status. For the same reason, I am also unable to access student loans.
In understanding these obstacles, two community organizations, Friends of Harvard and The Victoria Foundation, have partnered together to launch a campaign intended to raise funds and awareness from the community to support my journey to Harvard.
